Summary:

Toolbox for convex fitting of parameters of Leaky Integrate-and-Fire neurons to experimental spike train data. The goal of the project is to develop a general toolbox for fitting neuronal models to variety of experimental data and integrate it with neural simulators (such as PyNN) and NeuroTools.
